At RO KENT CIC we are volunteers committed to provide top-quality advise and support to our community members, with a focus on Romanian and Eastern-European nationals seeking help and advice in the regards of the new rules and regulations. We can guide and support with medical appointments, benefit applications, settle status applications, CV improvement and help with job applications, and any other advice we offer from our hearts, free of charge, to help and support our local community.

Every Saturday we run a Youth club to help pupils complete their homework and revise for their exams. We are looking to boost their confidence and gain trust that they can achieve their best!
We engage pupils who would like to learn Romanian in different activities where they get to practice the language but also they are improving their abilities to create and memorise poetry, to learn traditional Romanian dancing and to practice calligraphy that is widely used in Romania.
The Romanian Orthodox priest is also tailoring fantastic Christian lessons for pupils who are questioning the existence of God and are really want to discover more about religion.
*International Children`s Day -every year we gather together to celebrate all children around the world by creating a special event only for them, where they get to receive diplomas and a little treat so they know how much we treasure them.
*International Women`s Day - we try to create a special event only for ladies around the 8th of March where we treat them with flowers and traditional Martisor. We all enjoy each others company and have a great socialising time around coffees, teas and cookies.

We had one very successful event where we have gather together from all around the world, all of us were different nationalities and we have cooked different traditional foods, we ate together, danced and enjoyed each others stories. We are looking forward to complete more similar event in the near future, so if you would like to join us, please let us know in an email :) !
Our mission is to unite all the communities under one big family and create a beautiful community hub where people can support one another and communicate effectively. We want all children to be different but to feel they leave in an inclusive community where everyone can speak more than one language and everyone can ask for help and receive it without being misunderstood, judged or postponed.
We have gathered together to offer help and support for those who cannot speak very well English or who cannot understand the laws and regulations of the UK. We have many Romanian, Bulgarian and Polish speaking volunteers who can help you! There is no need for you to pay for documents like: benefit applications, settle status, national insurance number applications, visas and so on! They are all for free! Please contact us if you want our free support! We work with various councils in Kent to offer support and guidance on different issues, please don`t hesitate to contact us!
